1. Service Description
   Brovisuals provides the SEO+ service for WordPress websites, using the ClickRank platform and AI-driven strategies to improve findability and ranking in search results, with a special focus on AI-friendly optimization.
2. Applicability
   These terms apply only to Brovisuals' SEO+ service provided to clients with a WordPress website.
3. Scope of services
   The SEO+ service includes finding relevant keywords with focus on AI priority, recommending or implementing content modifications (texts, meta descriptions and titles) to make the site more AI-friendly, technical SEO analysis and recommendations for improved crawlability and indexability, regular monitoring of rankings and reporting, and custom development of an SEO strategy that aligns with the client's goals and leverages ClickRank's capabilities.
4. Use of ClickRank
   The service uses ClickRank for analysis and determining optimal strategies, and ClickRank is used to measure results.
5. Customer responsibilities
   The client will provide necessary access to the WordPress site and relevant analytics accounts, provide requested information and content in a timely manner, implement recommendations outside Brovisuals' direct scope unless otherwise agreed upon, and inform Brovisuals of significant changes to the site that may affect SEO performance.
6. Results and guarantees
   Brovisuals continuously makes every effort to achieve as many results as possible and continues to optimize, but does not guarantee specific positions or visitor numbers because search engine algorithms and external factors can change; the commitment is to better findability and sustainable online growth.
7. Report
   Brovisuals reports periodically, such as monthly, on progress, work performed and results achieved.
8. Rates and payment
   The service is offered as an annual subscription, the amounts mentioned are excluding 21% VAT, and the payment terms are in the agreement.
9. Duration of the agreement and termination
   The agreement runs for one year; after the first year, the subscription can be cancelled monthly according to the notice period specified in the agreement.
10. Intellectual property
    Strategies, reports and tools developed by Brovisuals remain the property of Brovisuals unless otherwise agreed, and the client is granted a right of use for the duration of the agreement.
